The last post was over a year ago! We have really good excuses though... Jacob got his Master's Degree, Nicole became a childbirth instructor and Leah had music class, swimming lessons, gymnastics and mommy & me. 2009 was a busy and good year so here are some snap shots of the highlights (from most recent to long ago). We love you all!
For Hanukah, Aunt Danielle & Uncle Louis got Leah a drum. 'Nuf said.

In December Leah discovered her favorite weather was rain. 2 reasons: She gets to wear her lady bug rain coat from Aunt Roomie and, it's wet.
This is Leah's first violin solo with Miss Cindy in music class. We new it was only a matter of time before her musical genius revealed itself.
For Halloween this year Leah was a 50's girl - the sassy skirt suited her so well!
October FINALLY brought Leah's 1st hair cut.
She didn't shed a tear... thank goodness for graham crackers.
In August, Leah helped us announce the news she was going to become a big sister at the end of March. She is still figuring out what this whole "big sister" title might mean.
July 4th was celebrated with a belated lunch with Omi and Saba.
Omi and Leah are a fabulous artistic duo.
By May she was walking and accessorizing.

At the end of March Leah took her first steps.
Here she is on one of her ritual trips to get the mail with Grandma.
Leah's first birthday was a celebration of cupcakes including one giant one just for her.
She was a sick little puppy that day but partied like a champ
(actually she napped though most of the commotion).
